Shipping
The following policies apply only to U.S. Deliveries. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be added to your invoice at the point of purchase.
Delivery & Processing Charges
The processing and delivery fees are for items pictured and / or described on our web site; delivery and processing fees include packaging, processing, transport and handling. Delivery times are determined by the carrier, and these are a best approximation, not including additional premium delivery charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed by Discount Senior Supply and may differ with specific requirements, such as gift box, gift wrap and monogramming. Delivery and processing is subject to change and will be determined at point of purchase and subject to the following:
Standard Delivery
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should ship within 24 hours and arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after, if ordered by 3:00 PM (EST).
Three-Day Delivery
Your order should arrive in 3 business days after shipping if ordered by 3:00 PM (EST). Please note three-day orders placed Friday after 3:00 PM (EST) or Saturday and Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 3 business days after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. A signature may be avoided if the customer chooses to not require at signature at time of delivery at the point of purchase.
Oversized/Overweight
Due to the nature of oversized and/or overweight products, additional delivery fees may apply and will be noted on the product page and in your shopping basket. These charges will automatically be added to your basket upon checkout or later in final checkout procedure. If your order is oversized or over weight it may take approximately 7 to 10 business days if ordered by 3:00 PM (EST).
